The integration allows properties to use Guestfolio CRM or eInsight CRM in the Cendyn Customer Relationship Management Suite (CRM) and the SkyTouch Hotel Operations Platform together. The 2-way data connection helps hoteliers further personalize the complete guest experience, gain key insights, use tools that build lasting brand loyalty and encourage increased conversions from Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) to direct bookings.
The cloud-to-cloud integration between the SkyTouch Platform and the Cendyn CRM provides intuitive marketing automation and guest intelligence for hotels. By sharing data insights, the platforms help drive additional revenue, grow TripAdvisor review volume, capture more robust guest preferences, and automate more personalized communications.
SkyTouch Technology’s connection with Cendyn gives hoteliers access to enhanced guest profiles, highly targeted multi-channel communications and robust analytics that are designed to increase engagement and loyalty in new and returning guests. Relevant data on guest profiles, reservations and loyalty membership can also be shared between the SkyTouch and Cendyn systems to better serve the needs of their clients.
