Shannon McNiel Joins Tom’s Urban as President, COO

Tom’s Urban, a modern casual dining restaurant, today announced the appointment of Shannon McNiel as president and COO. Leveraging over 20 years of experience in the restaurant industry, he will focus on overseeing, developing, and setting the direction for Tom’s Urban’s operational activities.
McNiel was previously a market partner with Texas Roadhouse, and worked for Cheddar’s Scratch Kitchen and Darden Restaurants.
Tom’s Urban is owned by Denver-based Black Shamrock Partners. Tom’s Urban has locations at LA Live in Los Angeles, Mohegan Sun in Connecticut, NYNY Hotel in Las Vegas and Ilani Casino in Portland, Ore.
