Scott Shotter Joins Back Yard Burgers as CEO

Back Yard Burgers has hired Scott Shotter as its CEO.
Shotter previously worked for Moe's Southwest Grill as vice president of operations, expanding the number of locations to 700+ from 200 in nine years.
Prior to Moe's, Shotter managed operations for more than 30 national and regional brands, including Starbucks, Sbarro, Popeye's, Johnny Rockets and Burger King.
Founded in 1987 in Cleveland, Miss., the brand has 51 locations.
