Restaurant Wi-Fi Marketing Provider Bloom Intelligence Buys Competitor
Bloom Intelligence, an omni-channel Wi-Fi marketing and customer intelligence platform for brick-and-mortar restaurants, purchased Gazella WiFi, Inc., a Wi-Fi marketing and analytics platform for digital agencies, for $2 million.
With a strong presence nationwide and internationally providing solutions to top restaurant and retail brands, the deal enables Bloom Intelligence to expand its already extensive expertise in Wi-Fi marketing.
Bloom Intelligence allows its customers to understand their customers’ behavior at physical locations, build rich customer profiles, and remarket to customers based upon their behavior. Its technologies also provide the ability to track performance of campaigns down to the actual ROI. A wholly owned subsidiary of the Captiveyes Group, Bloom Intelligence is based in St. Petersburg, Fla.
