Recent Success Drives Quore to Expand
Quore, a hotel management software provider, said it continues to invest in innovation to help provide hotel operators a smarter way to manage their properties. With an expanding customer base, a new office and a new addition to its leadership team, Quore is poised for further growth on all fronts.
Customer Growth
Recently, Quore was selected as a preferred software vendor for two lodging companies: InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) and Choice Hotels International, Inc. Through these new relationships, franchisees have the option to use Quore’s cloud-based software designed to streamline hotel workflows, centralize key operations with automatic cascading and escalation, and enable simple tracking to help increase efficiency and guest satisfaction. This month, Quore also surpassed its 1,000th customer mark.
Expanded Team and New Location
Quore is proud to be led by an innovative team of professionals, and is continuing that trend with a new addition to its senior leadership team. Designer Michelle Haft recently joined the Quore team as creative lead with a wealth of digital experiences. For the past 10 years Haft has worked in the digital space, leading multidisciplinary teams and servicing clients including Starbucks, IBM, Nike, Gap, Inc., and InterContinental Hotels. She joins the team with a background in brand communications, design strategy, and UX design.
The Quore team has also moved to a new innovative office in Franklin that can accommodate a 50 percent growth in staff. The new workplace is right next door to its very first client and is a constant reminder to its team of where it came from and where it is going. The office features a Design Lab which serves as the team’s “static-free zone," a minimalistic room with only markers and floor-to-ceiling walls on which to design. There are no chairs, no devices, and most importantly, no distractions — allowing the brain to work distraction-free.
