Quore Hires Flip Lukens as Director of Customer Experience

Quore, a hotel management software company, said it hired Flip Lukens as Senior Director of Customer Experience. In this role, Lukens will oversee the company’s new Customer Experience team, which serves over 3,000 Quore customers. With clients in 18 countries and an expanding domestic and international presence, Lukens will direct Quore’s comprehensive customer experience strategy by providing external client training and support.

Lukens brings nearly 20 years of experience to the role, including assisting companies in implementing large-scale technologies and process improvement initiatives. He most recently served as Director of eKnowledge for Asurion, where he helped guide the company’s customer support strategy and managed the team responsible for training across Asurion’s business units. Prior to that, Lukens served as a Nashville, Tenn. Area Sales Manager with Onstar, where he oversaw the company’s successful rollout to 164 General Motors dealerships.
