The company partnered with twenty of San Francisco’s premiere hotel properties. Each property has installed Porter24’s 55” Digital Concierge Screen that provides hotel guests with an enjoyable interactive experience. Every Digital Touch Concierge displays the hotel brand, live flight tracker, newsfeed, weather feed, “selfie” function, hotel meetings and event information, as well as an interactive visitor guide to San Francisco and the greater Bay area.
Porter24’s Modern Day Digital Concierge combines state of the art touchscreen technology with an easy to use CMS that allows hotels to update information in real time. In addition, hotel guests can engage with a number of functions that enhance their guest experience and travel capabilities. Through the platform, users are able to check flights, take hotel branded “selfies” on site, check the newsfeed for current events, and explore the interactive visitor's guide which allows them to email directions and information from local restaurants, bars and attractions directly to their smartphones.
