Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino (Planet Hollywood) will begin utilizing Passkey's online group reservations system as a hotel standard for all its meetings and groups starting in spring 2009. This will allow Planet Hollywood to offer its meeting planners and guests a world-class hotel booking and event management experience, while streamlining its internal business process.
Specifically, meeting and group guests will now be able to make and manage their hotel reservations online, taking advantage of more room type options and learning about what the hotel has to offer via Passkey's personalized event-specific websites. Meeting planners will be able to track their events, manage their room lists and optimize their group blocks, all online in real-time via Passkey's ground breaking LiveView event dashboards.
