While check sizes are going up and tips are increasing on the six courses, Pinehurst is also seeing an improvement in loss prevention due to a reduction in declined credit cards. Additionally, the property can accept more payment options like Apple Pay®, and players can keep tabs open and pay at the end of their round – a significant benefit for beverage cart attendants and players alike.
For Food and Beverage Manager Jessica Cunningham, Beachy has streamlined payroll and significantly decreased the time it takes her to calculate each attendant’s earnings, as it adds tips automatically from their tablets. Additionally, it took her team less than a week of training to learn how to use the solution.
"Attracting and retaining a strong team can be a huge challenge, but the attendants absolutely love using Beachy when they're out on the course," said Cunningham.
