Pinehurst Resort Adds Agilysys Golf, Spa Management Software to PMS Suite
Pinehurst Resort in Village of Pinehurst, N.C. announces that it has selected the Visual One Club Management System by Agilysys and the Visual One Spa System by Agilysys to streamline operations at the property. Pinehurst Resort already uses the Visual One Premiere Property Management System and the Visual One Condo Accounting, Golf, Sales & Catering, and Retail solutions by Agilysys.
The Visual One Club Management System will enable the resort's private country club to create a variety of memberships, including golf, social and tennis memberships, track facilities usage and post and track membership fees. The system also can print photo identification membership cards with barcode and member numbers, create wait lists for memberships, and generate a variety of reports, such as dues schedules, membership statistics and spending analyses. Because the module is integrated with other Visual One by Agilysys products, sales from the property's golf, spa and retail outlets can be settled directly to member accounts.
