The Pierre Hotel of NYC Installs MCOMS HOTstream

The iconic The Pierre Hotel, flagship of the Taj has selected MCOMS to design an in-room entertainment system with the latest in hospitality technology. Built in the 1920s, the luxurious five star property, is a landmark on Fifth Avenue in New York City that needs no introduction.

MCOMS was asked to replace the existing guestroom technology solution with HOTstream platform and create a hotel-branded mobile application to pair. The goal was to have a product that has a custom design to reflect the hotel's unique profile and an easy-to-navigate men

The Pierre now offers in all of its 189 guest rooms and suites, a top-notch solution that allows guests to watch a vast variety of channels and movies as well as providing access to hotel services and facilities. Further increasing The Pierre's offering, MCOMS implemented HOTstream Cast, giving guests the opportunity to stream their own content via Apple TV solution.
