In this role, Pahlke will oversee sales, marketing, revenue management, distribution, customer relationship management (CRM), central reservations office (CRO), e-commerce, public relations and social media disciplines for Sage Hotel Management, and will collaborate closely with both Sage Studio and Sage Restaurant Concepts on all relevant initiatives.

Pahlke, a 26-year industry veteran, joins Sage from PROPER Hospitality, where he was responsible for strategic oversight of revenue management, distribution, sales, marketing, brand management, culture & programming, public relations, e-commerce and social media. His goal in this role was to drive business growth and market share for the company’s rapidly growing and award-winning portfolio. He helped position PROPER as one of the most sought-after new luxury lifestyle hotel brands, winning top accolades from Conde Nast Traveler, Travel & Leisure, Architectural Digest, Wallpaper, The New York Times, Eater, Forbes, and more. Prior to PROPER, Patrick spent two decades working in various sales, marketing and operations leadership roles with Two Roads Hospitality (acquired by Hyatt) and Hyatt International all across the Asia Pacific region. Pahlke holds a Bachelor of Science degree in international hospitality management from the esteemed Ecole Hoteliere de Lausanne in Switzerland.
