Parts Town Celebrates Q1 2019 with New Master Distribution Partnerships: Electrolux Professional & Kelvinator Commercial

04/04/2019

Parts Town, a foodservice equipment parts distributor, announced the launch of master distribution partnerships with Electrolux Professional for its accessories and consumables and sister brand Kelvinator Commercial for its refrigeration equipment parts during Q1 2019.

These master distribution partnerships, two of the three total added during the quarter, allow customers to leverage the benefits of shopping with Parts Town to access Electrolux Professional accessories and consumables and Kelvinator Commercial parts. Parts Town is able to deliver parts, consumables and accessories to its customers quickly with all in-stock orders shipping same day until 9 p.m. ET Monday to Friday and until 4 p.m. ET on Saturday.

Parts Town now also sells Electrolux Professional’s cleaning detergents, which includes commercial detergents for dishwashers and ovens, rinse aids and degreasers. These detergents, which were recently released in the United States, have been expertly tested and guarantee the best performance for Electrolux appliances.

With 15 consecutive years of greater than 20 percent organic growth, Parts Town continues to find ways to expand its offerings and improve the master distribution model, which it pioneered 13 years ago. A master distribution partnership with Hammerall was also launched in Q1 2019.

The number of participating manufacturers taking advantage of Parts Town’s latest innovation, Serial Number Lookup, nearly doubled to 25 since launch in January 2019. New manufacturers include Angelo Po, Market ForgeMarsal Pizza Ovens and Unified Brands (Avtec, Groen, Power Soak and Randell). This first-of-its-kind search tool is yet another example of how Parts Town offers value to its manufacturing partners, including an increase in parts sales, lower return rates and reduced technical support and warranty calls for a better top and bottom line.
