Park Regis Singapore Partners with Trip Affiliates Network for B2B Direct Booking Service

Trip Affiliates Network (www.tripaffiliates.com) (TA Network) has signed an agreement with Park Regis Singapore (Park Regis). They will collaborate on TA Network’s technology platform to deliver real-time data on hotel room availability as well as dynamic & static rates to traditionally offline contractors – from travel agencies & wholesalers, to corporate travel intermediaries.

The global travel disruption caused by COVID-19 has resulted in hoteliers facing increasingly new challenges in running their business and planning for the future. Historical references and past data once relied upon to build their revenue management strategies no longer aligns with current market trends, making it even more critical than ever to have access to expansive and updated business technology systems to broaden their online distribution channels.

With this new collaboration, Park Regis, an upscale hotel under StayWell Holdings, will be able to tap on TA Network’s proprietary system to broaden its online distribution channels and efficiently increase its direct bookings with its preferred agents, wholesalers and corporates.

Park Regis’ Director of Sales, Ms Portia Low, said “Our collaboration with TA Network highlights our continued commitment to improve our partnership with our travel agencies, wholesalers and corporates who form a strategic segment of our business.”

“TA Network’s new direct hotel booking service and digital payment solutions will enable our contractors around the world to have instant access to our best available rates for their leisure & business travel customers. We believe this will further revitalize our service delivery to our valued offline partners and also improve our yield management at group level.”

TA Network platform is designed to leverage on technology solutions adopted by hotels to facilitate their direct connectivity, automate their inventory management processes with their traditional offline contractors, which would otherwise require both parties to manually update their booking inventory and retrieve booking confirmations. This also eliminates overbooking/underbooking issues associated with room allotments as well as potential human errors in manually maintaining hotel contracts. In addition, TA Network’s digital payment solutions empower hotel clients with virtual card or virtual bank account services to process payments from their global contractors designed to minimize cross border and FX fees.

"We are delighted to add Park Regis to our growing ecosystem of hotels and agents in Asia seeking to increase their direct booking partnerships with ease and efficiently. Our hotel clients also benefit from our integrated suite of valued added services like e-voucher management and digital payment which further broaden their direct booking capabilities with their customers,” commented Ho Siang Twang, Managing Partner of TA Network which currently supports more than 300 hotels across 15 countries to increase their direct bookings with travel agents, wholesalers and corporates.
