Epson America, Inc. has announced that Wait List Ordering LLC, a provider of white labeled mobile software solutions for restaurants' wait list and reservations, has selected Epson's Omnilink® TM-T88V-i and OmniLink TM-T20II-i intelligent printers for their unique ePOS™ Print and Server Direct Print technologies to manage restaurant reservations and pre-orders.
Wait List Ordering is a white labeled application that features a pre-ordering platform to help restaurants increase table turnover while boosting sales, guest satisfaction and customer loyalty. It includes a host app and mobile guest app, both solely dedicated to the restaurant's brand. Wait List Ordering's application leverages Epson's ePOS Print and Server Direct Print technologies to manage tasks as well as orders that come directly from customers' smart phones, tablets or personal computers. The OmniLink TM-T88V-i and OmniLink TM-T20II-i act as printer hubs and can also communicate with Wait List Ordering's cloud server to check on reservations and orders, which ensures the highest level of order processing.
With built-in processing power and unique ePOS technology, Epson's OmniLink solutions support web-based printing from any mobile device with no print drivers, plug-ins, PCs or costly application changes. They also enable mobile devices to communicate directly with peripherals connected to OmniLink TM-T88V-i and TM-T20II-i, such as a bump bar, kitchen display or up to 20 slave kitchen printers.
