MURTEC® UNIVERSITY Doubles Number of Sessions

Hospitality Technology magazine is proud to announce the complete agenda for the third installment of MURTEC University being presented at MURTEC ® (Multi-Unit Restaurant Technology Conference; www.murtec.com) on March 15, 2016 at Paris Las Vegas Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada.
 
For 2016, MURTEC University will offer two rounds of four sessions each. Billed as “Small Sessions that yield big results,” this lineup doubles the number of sessions that were presented in 2015, offering attendees even more opportunities for education and more diverse subject matter options than ever before.
 
Open to operators only, MURTEC University is focused on fostering an ideal environment for deeper learning. Smaller sessions are led by topic experts and group discussion is encouraged. Due to limited seating, advanced sign-up is advised.
 
The first round will feature in-depth sessions on mobile trategies, networking design, restaurant technology trends and a workshop helping franchisees problem solve. Speakers include: HT’s Editor-in-Chief, Abigail Lorden; Brad Martin, Management Consultant, Network Architecture, Chick-fil-A; Gaurav Pant, Sr. Vice President, Research, EKN Research; Brian Anthony, CIO, Star Chasers Oklahoma Inc.; and Robert Larimer, Vice President, Information Services, Boddie-Noell Enterprises Inc.  
 
The second round of University sessions cover platforms and apps for the Internet of Things, best practices to demystify the back-of-house, strategic technology selection and negotiation, plus an interactive workshop on service innovation.
