MURTEC 2025’s Full-Service Innovation Experience: Guest Engagement, Table Service, BOH & More
MURTEC 2025: Experience Matters will rock Caesar’s Forum, in Las Vegas, March 10-12.
Our Multi-Unit Technology Conference is celebrating 30 years of collaborative innovation between restaurant operators and technology developers. We believe that experience truly defines the MURTEC mission, inspiring restaurants to create meaningful guest experiences, foster an empowered staff experience via intuitive tools, and support a visionary leadership mindset.
We’ve curated MURTEC 2025’s educational content to make it more accessible and actionable than ever before. Three dedicated content tracks will focus on:
- Full-service restaurants’ need for tools that support kitchen excellence, loyalty, and personalization.
- Quick-service restaurants’ hottest challenges and opportunities (including speed of service, effective automation, accuracy, and scalability).
- Early adopters from across our industry and beyond who continue to push the boundaries of tech development.
MURTEC 2025’s Full-Service Content Track Will Explore Guest Engagement, Table Service, BOH & More
Full-service restaurants have driven technology innovation in recent years in response to such diverse challenges and opportunities as supply chain, scalability, personalization, data-driven insights, and balancing emerging solutions with a brand’s unique culture and value prop. Our full-service content track, ranging from our mainstage to our dedicated full-service education room, will explore effective tools every full-service restaurant operator must understand.
Our mainstage session “Red Lobster Rising!” will feature Damola Adamolekun, the new CEO of Red Lobster, known for his ability to drive growth and innovation, as seen in his tenure at P.F. Chang’s. He is one of Fortune’s "100 Most Powerful Business Leaders," and is now steering Red Lobster's epic turnaround, bringing his background in private equity, strategic investment, and operational leadership to bear on the economic, logistical, and technological challenges faced by so many restaurant brands.
In our dedicated full-service education room, Kelly Macpherson, Chief Technology and Supply Chain Officer at Union Square Hospitality Group (which operates Union Square Cafe, Blue Smoke, Ci Siamo, Porchlight, and more tull-service ventures ranging from fine dining to casual), will share how she has transformed USHG’s approach to the guest and employee experience by reimagining how restaurants embrace digital trends, including data-driven decision-making and supply chain management.
And Hanson Li, the founder and managing partner of Salt Partners Group, a San Francisco Bay Area development and investment company focused on the food and beverage (F&B) industry and food technology ventures, will share back-of-house technology insights for streamlining operations and ensuring consistency and quality. Salt Partners manages ventures ranging from Michelin-starred establishments to casual dining concepts, including Saison, Humphry Slocombe Ice Cream, and Lazy Susan. .
