Mark Lohmann Named Chief Brand Officer of REGO Restaurant Group

Mark Lohmann, a former senior executive with Qdoba Restaurant Group, has been named Chief Brand Officer of REGO Restaurant Group – the fast-casual restaurant platform backed by High Bluff Capital Partners that includes Quiznos and Taco Del Mar.  

Serving in a newly created position, Lohmann will be responsible for marketing, brand strategy, integration and international opportunities across all portfolio brands. He previously served as Vice President of Strategy and Business Development for Qdoba Restaurant Group, where he was part of the team that led the brand’s transformation. Earlier in his career, he spent five years with global management consulting firm The Boston Consulting Group, where he advised underperforming consumer, restaurant, and hospitality companies on strategy, positioning and transformation. Immediately prior to joining REGO, Lohmann served as Chief Financial Officer for Cool Planet, an entrepreneurial agriculture technology company.

Lohmann’s appointment coincides with the planned expansion of the fast-casual brand portfolio.
