With a customer portfolio surpassing 6,200 hotels, M3’s forward-thinking solutions are used by more than half of the country’s top hotel management companies to manage vital day-to-day property operations.
With updates to their General Ledger, Daily Report, Intelligent Imaging, Check Writer, Cash Management, and Accounts Payable modules, M3 has expedited technological advancements across its platform to help create meaningful solutions that provide instant relief in the face of an unprecedented challenge for the hospitality industry.
“The influx of hospitality professionals telecommuting and being forced to work remotely has brought about new industry-specific challenges,” said Sean White, M3 Accounting Core product manager. “M3 was able to respond quickly to enhance our Accounting Core features in response to customer feedback to support those who are working from home.”
M3’s Help Desk is available to M3 customers 24 hours a day on the weekdays, beginning at 11 p.m. EST on Sunday. Customers may also contact the Help Desk on weekends from 8 a.m.-6 p.m. EST.
