Learn How Bloomin' Brands and Uncle Julio's Virtual Brands Have Taken Center Stage
As virtual brands explode onto the restaurant scene, we're talking to two of the hottest. Bloomin' Brands and Uncle Julio's join us during virtual MURTEC to share secrets to success, and the exciting pace and performance of virtual brands: Tender Shack and Savage Burrito. From optimizing tech to lessons learned, you'll hear how these newest brands are fanning the flames of profitability and popularity, and teaching old brands new tricks every step of the way.
During this 25 minute session on April 13, Angela Diffly, Co-Founder, Restaurant Technology Network, will speak with Michael Stutts, Chief Customer Officer, Bloomin' Brands and Sreedhar Vemireddy, Vice President of Information Technology, Uncle Julio's.
Stutts is an executive leader focused on all things customer, including how they make selections, how to reach them, and how to profitably turn transactional relationships into true loyalty. He has fifteen years of experience in client services (Investment Banking and Management Consulting) and previously worked as a Partner and Managing Director in the Dallas office of the Boston Consulting Group (BCG), focused on the Consumer and Marketing and Sales practice areas with substantial experience partnering with Private Equity firms on due diligence and portfolio company strategy.
Vemireddy provides leadership for continued development of an innovative, sustainable, and secure information technology environment. He has been credited with enabling 3rd party and launching a Ghost Kitchen concept “Savage Burrito” during the pandemic.
Prior to that, he was the Senior Director at Wingstop Restaurants where he played a key role in overseeing corporate systems, internal and external IT audits, information governance and compliance policy while taking the company public. As a proven leader in information technology with nearly 20 years of experience in the field, Sreedhar has been helping companies grow by planning, development, delivery, and monitoring of technical solutions.
