KNOWCROSS, Percipia Integration to Help Hotels Deliver an Enhanced Guest Service Experience

KNOWCROSS, a cloud-based SaaS platform that offers hotels products to improve operations, announced the integration of its guest request workflow management system with Percipia, a provider of telephony integrations and in-room interactive display applications. The integration is aimed to deliver a joint solution for hotels to provide an improved experience to their guests. 

With this integration, guest requests made by Percipia’s guest-facing Latitude in-room application or guest personal device running an identical application will be processed or relayed as a guest request. All such inbound requests are then fed into KNOW Service for tracking, resulting in higher quality service delivery, faster response rate, increased operational efficiency and lowered costs for the hotel.

Percipia’s Latitude application allows hotel guests to control the entire room environment, digitally order in-room dining and book spa services; all while enabling them to make service requests with just a touch of a button. With the integration with Knowcross, any such requests will now flow directly into the hotel’s existing operational workflows via KNOW Service, enabling increased staff efficiency and providing a faster and more reliable resolution of the guest request.
