InTown Suites Selects SHR's Windsurfer CRS to Improve Online Booking Experience

InTown Suites has partnered with SHR (Sceptre Hospitality Resources) to design, deploy, and support their new central reservation system. The Windsurfer® CRS platform allows InTown Suites to have a scalable and reliable solution for its 188 locations in 22 states. This new CRS system has created a seamless online booking experience for new and returning guests.

This branded experience allows guests to reserve their room via a credit card, which helps the brand be more efficient with inventory management. Now, guests can book or renew their stay with a more pleasant experience, without leaving the comfort of their suite. Plus, InTown Suites offers the lowest weekly rates for guests booking directly through their website or call center, so ease of use is crucial.
