HyperActive Technologies Intros Drive-Thru Innovations at MURTEC 2013
HyperActive Technologies will be exhibiting at Hospitality Technology's upcoming Multi-Unit Restaurant Technology Conference (MURTEC®) show March 13-15, 2013, Caesar’s Palace Hotel and Casino, Las Vegas, NV.
During the conference, the company will feature two new products recently added to its suite of high-performing drive-thru technologies, including the new HyperView® PE, which delivers the longest life of any OCD on the market, as well as the lowest cost of ownership via Power over Ethernet (Poe) technology. DriveTime® Cloud – the industry-shifting drive-thru timer and management system, which supplies and stores data via Internet-based cloud computing – also will be on display.
As soon it was founded in 2001, HyperActive Technologies quickly became the industry’s go-to company for product innovation. Its technologies began improving drive-thru uptime and performance, particularly with the launch of QTimer® – the world’s most comprehensive drive-thru management system. And, HyperView, the industry’s most reliable order confirmation display, raised the bar for dependability and lifetime value of any OCD.
Because of their unique technological benefits, HyperView PE and DriveTime Cloud represent major advancements in the way drive-thru operations can be accurately executed:
HyperView® PE
- Delivers PoE via a single CAT5e cable, further eliminating heat and extending unit life, ultimately delivering the lowest cost of ownership on the market
- Single CAT5e cable eliminates the need to run power to the OCD post
- Video and diagnostic information transmitted over the same cable
- Ethernet-based solution enables any computer on the restaurant’s network to control what is displayed on the OCD
- Unit’s backlight lasts longer than any other OCD – rated at L70 brightness at 100,000 hours
- Provides an advanced technology that has eluded many OCD manufacturers: the use of LED lighting, which minimizes output and heat
- Optically bonded, tempered cover glass provides the highest visual quality of any OCD – reducing glare and reflection to further enhance viewing during hours of direct sunlight
DriveTime® Cloud
- Harnesses the benefits of cloud computing technology, leveraging computing power and data storage from the Internet instead of relying on on-site CPU power
- Provides improved manageability and requires less hardware maintenance
- Use of cloud technology gives IT managers at the QSR corporate or franchise level the ability to rapidly meet fluctuating drive-thru demand
- Provides both single store and enterprise-wide reports
