HT-NEXT 2018 Keynote Gives Hotels the Key to Having a Happy Workforce
Hospitality Technology magazine and Hospitality Technology Next Generation (HTNG) announce that David Osborne, Executive Organizational Development Consultant, Trainer, Dale Carnegie Digital, will be a keynote speaker on Wednesday, March 14 at HT-NEXT 2018.
With employees serving on the front lines of service, interacting with guests on a regular basis, they play a key role in a guests’ perception of a brand and overall experience.
