HotSchedules Upgrades Its SPM with Obero SPM Suite
Obero announced that HotSchedules, a provider of mobile technology for the restaurant and hospitality industries, will upgrade its sales performance management (SPM) technology with the Obero SPM suite. HotSchedules selected Obero SPM to accelerate sales performance by providing its executives with enhanced capabilities for sales planning, execution, data consolidation, reporting, and cross-department communications.
Obero SPM was designed and built to provide predictable sales performance capabilities to SaaS companies. These capabilities include accurate commission cost amortization on a monthly basis for accruals, compensation plans that drive new customer acquisition, retention, gated achievement, and customer success in a SaaS-specific sales model, and the ability to incorporate custom salesforce.com fields directly into sales plan calculations.
Obero SPM is pre-integrated with salesforce.com and NetSuite, having achieved ‘Built for NetSuite’ status.
