Hotelogix Partners with TripAdvisor to Offer Review Express Collection Solution

Cloud-based property management system Hotelogix has partnered with TripAdvisor to integrate Review Express directly into the Cloud PMS. Hotelogix is now offering Review Express, TripAdvisor’s review collection solution, as an automated option for hotel customers. Using Review Express, hoteliers can create and customize emails to guests, generating more reviews, and gaining valuable insights about their stay. Hoteliers can then monitor their reviews and take actions based on the feedback their guests provide.
 
For independent hoteliers, reviews from guests are of vital importance to the continuing success of the property, helping prospective guests make buying decisions based on experiences from those who have previously stayed at the hotel.
 
With Hotelogix, hoteliers can now enjoy fully integrated review collection capabilities as part of their Property Management System (PMS). Review Express is included in all Hotelogix plans, and is now a component of Hotelogix’s Freemium plan as well. The Freemium plan eases the hotelier’s decision-making process by letting them experience the solution at no cost.
 
With Hotelogix, any reviews published on TripAdvisor as a result of a Review Express campaign are also displayed in the PMS. Hoteliers can then address any issues raised by guests in a timely manner and respond to the review on TripAdvisor.
 
Encouraging reviews in a programmatic way helps hotels collect more feedback and online content – Review Express users see an average 33 percent uplift in their number of reviews on TripAdvisor.
