Hotel Beacon NYC Relaunches Loyalty Program

 In May, Hotel Beacon relaunched it's 'Beacon Insider' Program using 2P Ventures' Möbius Booking Engine for its Loyalty Portal, providing guests who sign up a dedicated 'Members Only' experience, where they are able to find the best rates Hotel Beacon offers anywhere, both direct and third party.

Guests who book through the BeaconInsider.com portal will also receive priority early check-in/late-check out, as well as special discounts at the Beacon Bar.

In addition to the Beacon Insider being a 'Members Only' experience, it will use the state of the art merchandising and eCommerce tools the Möbius Booking Engine offers, such as built 'Price Comparison' with the OTAs, 'Urgency Messaging' as well as built in Up-sells and Add-Ons for the customer.

Over the course of the first two months of launching, Beacon Hotel has generated a 33% increase in direct bookings through the Insider program, and also increased their Insider Member sign-up acquisition by 300%, giving the hotel an engaged, opt-ed in base to market to with personalized offers and rates.

 

Since relaunching its loyalty program, Hotel Beacon NYC has seen a 33% uptick in direct bookings.
