To help simplify and organize the candidate search, the Resume Search database uses a technology to match hospitality candidates and employers based off of skills, years and type of experience, location and more. This will help employers expand their candidate pool to new potential hires with the best fit, helping create the strongest team possible.

All employers are able to browse the database and sample the available candidates. When they want to access the full candidate resume, they are able to choose a plan to purchase that best fits their needs.
