HFTP Treks to the Middle East with Summit Partnership

Global association Hospitality Financial and Technology Professionals (HFTP) – producer of HITEC - partnered with French business information company, Naseba, for the upcoming Hotel Technology Summit taking place on November 22-23, 2015 at the Sofitel The Palm in Dubai, UAE. The Summit is an extension of 17 events previously held across the Middle East as part of Naseba’s Hospitality Series.
HFTP CEO Frank Wolfe, CAE has signed on to be one of the key speakers; he noted that being part of the Hotel Technology Summit is a great opportunity for HFTP to further expand its global reach.
Dubai is further positioning itself as a smart destination of choice for both leisure and business purposes. According to a recent report by the Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), Dubai is expected to have 155,000 new rooms by 2020, with 10,000-plus rooms that need to undergo refurbishment prior to the Expo 2020. One of the biggest challenges is to ensure the upcoming hotels are tech-ready and next-gen, yet cost-effective.

The upcoming Hotel Technology Summit will privately gather over 150 CEOs and CIOs to discuss the latest technology trends that will impact the regional industry, resolve challenges in providing ultimate guest experience, and bridge the gap between the needs of the existing and upcoming millennial guests. The summit also features leading global technology providers Honeywell, Rategain, Pagero, and Innwise among others who will bring their global expertise and technology innovation to support the regional vision of smart transformation.
