Guestline Launches New Guestline Connect Partner Program


Guestline is introducing its Guestline Connect Partner program, to highlight the expanding range of integrated partner software solutions available to its hospitality customers. The new program will be launched at ITB Berlin which takes place at Messe Berlin from 7 – 11 March 2018.

Guestline’s new program showcases the functionality-rich software that is most in demand from customers. It also demonstrates the flexible and open approach of Guestline towards enabling third party solution providers to integrate seamlessly with the core Guestline platform.

The new program incorporates partner categories and hundreds of interfaces across distribution, operations and guest experience solutions that will best help hotels streamline their operations, drive revenue and set and deliver on guest journey expectations. These include:

  • Guestline Connect operations partners: Interfaces that deliver extended operational benefits, from call management systems and door locking to TV interfaces, internet logging, secure payments, business intelligence and revenue management.
  • Guestline Connect distribution partners: Systems and solutions that boost traffic, harness demand and offer significant revenue generating opportunities such as mainstream and niche Online Travel Agents, Destination Marketing Organisations and connections to Global Distribution Systems (GDS) for corporate and leisure sales. As part of Guestline’s commitment to also support direct to brand business initiatives, the Connect Partner program also includes tools that drive conversion on customer websites, such as metasearch bidding, crowd –rated location content, message personalisation, customer review publishing and website design and build.
  • Guestline Connect guest experience partners: Partners whose solutions, when integrated with the Guestline platform, contribute to hoteliers’ aim of enhancing the guest experience at all touchpoints. Such partners include providers of guest review management, CRM, mobile and kiosk check in /out and upselling opportunities.

The program follows a number of new partnerships with industry-leading companies. These include UpsellGuru, an online system that allows hotels to offer guests upgrades and reservation add-ons to enhance their stay, HotelREZ, one of the world’s largest hotel representation companies who ensure Guestline customers can distribute real-time rates and inventory to the GDS, Chicostay for mobile check in and check out, Revinate for hotel data driven solutions and WiHP Meta i/o for metasearch marketing.

Guestline is exhibiting at ITB Berlin (Messe Berlin, 7 – 11 March 2018) in hall 7.1c at stand 112 and will be hosting a Guestline Connect Happy Hour on the stand from 4pm to 6pm on the 8th March. This is co-hosted with UpSellGuru, Duetto, Revinate, HQ-Plus and WiHP.
