Guest-tek Acquisition of iBAHN Takes Hotel Technology to a Higher Level
Guest-tek has finalized its acquisition of iBAHN’s business assets. This significantly increases both the size of Guest-tek’s company operations and the global reach of its international customers. It also means customers of hospitality technology can now benefit from the combined advantages of both companies.
For nearly two decades both industry leaders have competed as providers of network technology and interactive solutions for the global hospitality industry. With this acquisition Guest-tek welcomes all iBAHN customers to its growing network which now amounts to more than 3500 hotels in 85 countries.
