Givex Acquires POS Canada to Rapidly Expand Its Vexilor Point-of-Sale Platform

Givex, a global cloud-based customer engagement solution provider that integrates point-of-sale (POS) innovation with loyalty and gift card options, said it completed the acquisition of POS Canada, a full service POS hardware and software provider to the high-end corporate hospitality and retail sectors. The acquisition, finalized on July 31, will now provide POS Canada’s robust client base with access to Givex’s Vexilor POS system. Vexilor’s advanced Omni-channel platform serves as an end-to-end business management system for the restaurant and hospitality sectors.

POS Canada has more than 20 years of experience in the hospitality and retail POS solutions industry with dealers in each primary Canadian market anchored by a 24/7 call center in Mississauga. The acquisition provides the perfect opportunity for Givex to further expand its development and support services on a national level for its rapidly growing POS solution.
