Forage Helps Drive Dine-In Traffic


Forage Inc. launched its new marketplace platform for Los Angeles based restaurants. The application helps restaurants of all kinds get more customers by listing the best of what is happening today to the Forage app users.

Forage is the ‘HotelTonight’ for the restaurant industry. By only listing same-day dine-in deals, reservations, and coupons Forage caters to the large section of diners who make dining decisions the same day, often within only hours of their restaurant visit.

Consumers can explore same-day restaurant deals, promotions, happy hours, coupons, and table reservations via the Forage app. Forage simplifies the dining decision making process and provides a way for restaurant goers to see available deals in the moment. With Forage the deals are different every day, so there is always a reason to check the app daily.

For restaurant partners, Forage wants to help with improving profit margins for operators and enable them to optimize their business daily. Forage also understands the economics of 3rd party food delivery services, how this has hurt many restaurants, and believes that restaurant operators would rather give 15% off to a customer than 30% to a food delivery service.

Forage currently has over 50 L.A. based restaurants on the platform, with many more joining daily. The application is live in the Apple App store now. The Android version will be launching soon.

Forage also offers the ForageGM app for restaurants on the platform to quickly activate or deactivate their Forage offers and receive notifications of incoming diners.
