Five Guys Rolls Out Zenput to Drive Brand Standards


Five Guys is deploying Zenput’s operations execution platform to ensure brand standards are maintained across its operation.  The solution has been rolled out across corporate U.S. locations and will soon be available to franchisees.

Five Guys was looking to get better visibility into store execution against its core operating procedures, and to make sure that issues were being methodically flagged, tracked and corrected.

“We do burgers and fries, and we want to do that perfectly every time which is a non-trivial feat across a large global operation,” said Bob Kozura, Vice President of Operations at Five Guys.  “Zenput helps us execute on the procedures and brand standards we’ve designed.”

Zenput’s mobile solution gives Five Guys store managers an easy way to conduct daily walkthroughs and to capture progress against daily procedure checklists. District managers use the platform to perform detailed assessments during store visits, and to automatically set in motion necessary corrective actions.  With all of this information now being captured and tracked in Zenput, senior managers in the field and home office can get a quick handle on issues and trends so they know where to focus time and resources.
