Ellie Doty has been promoted to CMO at Chili's.
This new title is in recognition of her leadership and recent accomplishments, including driving positive sales, traffic and internal guest metrics for Chili’s in fiscal 2019. Since joining Brinker International in 2017 as vice president of marketing, Doty and her team ensure that Chili’s guests are at the core of every decision. They created a consistent brand voice through all marketing platforms, and developed everyday value programs, including 3 for $10 and the $5 margarita of the month.
She is responsible for U.S. and international Chili’s brand marketing.
Prior to Brinker, Ellie held marketing leadership positions with Yum! Brands including roles with Taco Bell and KFC.
