Concord Hospitality Partners with Investor Management Services to Provide Stakeholders with an Innovative and Comprehensive Investment Portal

Hospitality owner, manager and developerConcord Hospitality Enterprises Company, announced a new partnership with Investor Management Services (IMS), a provider of investment management software. The partnership will provide Concord Hospitality investors, accountants and other stakeholders with easy access to relevant information and updates to gain a better and more holistic understanding of their current assets through a recently launched investment portal powered by the IMS Platform.

“Our team wanted to find a new way to communicate with our investors and showcase their investments,” said Scott Ness, Senior Vice President of Accounting at Concord Hospitality. “Following a comprehensive review of investment management software companies and the marketplace, we chose IMS due to the company’s ability to provide us a platform which will help us support more than 500 investors and improve the communication with those investors. The platform will simplify our internal processes and allow us to manage the data more efficiently. We believe that the IMS software will help set us apart from other hospitality companies and we look forward to building on what the platform has to offer.”

Launched in July 2018, the investment portal manages information and documentation efficiently and effectively for investors through a customized, secure dashboard. It allows stakeholders to log in and view their investment performance, data and details 24/7/365 on their desktops or through the mobile app.

The investment portal will also expedite accounting services by electronically distributing dividends. In late 2018, Concord Hospitality’s aim is to expand the system to include electronic distributions and in 2019 to use the system to assist in subscription agreement facilitation and delivering tax information to Concord Hospitality investors.
