Chicagoland Eatery Boosts Loss Prevention with DDT Surveillance
Buona Beef announced an exclusive surveillance agreement with DTT Surveillance. DTT Surveillance has rolled out its technology and LP solutions at all 13 Buona restaurant locations throught the greater Chicago area.
Initially, DTT Surveillance’s system and services were evaluated in a few locations to ensure that Buona was selecting the strongest surveillance management solution available. An immediate positive impact on operations was noted and a decision was made to implement the loss prevention technology in all restaurants.
Buona’s management team will be reviewing SmartAudits, video exception reports and video alerts for each location to ensure the highest level of customer service and guest experience. DTT Surveillance’s technology will also be leveraged to manage opportunity food cost, conduct safety inspections and ensure consistent restaurant operations standards.
