CBORD Partners with Xenial to Offer Omni-Channel Ordering

CBORD has partnered with Xenial. Under the partnership, self-serve kiosk technologies from Xenial will integrate with CBORD systems to provide a modern, seamless ordering and payment experience at college campuses and hospitals.

By teaming up with Xenial, CBORD has created a frictionless experience for the patron, empowering them to quickly order and pay with a variety of methods, including meal plans and declining balances.

This  technology offers patrons, campuses and hospitals a number of benefits including more customized ordering options, resulting in orders with 15% higher value; increased patron control and automation over the ordering experience for campuses to be able to deliver a streamlined experience with fewer inaccuracies; transparency and convenience for Patrons with the ability to pull up their order histories; elimination of long lines so employees have more time to focus on enhancing the customer experience.

The partnership is expected to create additional integrations with Xenial technologies throughout 2019.
