Boyne Resorts Expands Hospitality Management System

Boyne Resorts, headquartered in Michigan, has selected PAR Springer-Miller’s SMS|Host Hospitality Management System for its Michigan and Montana destination resorts. Boyne Resorts is the largest family owned four-season resort company in North America and features some of North America’s biggest and best snowsports destinations, championship golf courses, luxury spas and a full menu of active lifestyle amenities.
PAR Springer-Miller Systems, Inc. (PSMS) is a wholly owned subsidiary of PAR Technology Corporation (NYSE:PAR) and provider of guest-centric hospitality management systems.Boyne Resorts will employ the SMS|Owner Fulfillment module for the rental program they manage for independent owners, as well as SMS|Membership Management, SMS|Work Order Management and will also take advantage of the robust integration with various third-party systems.
Boyne Resorts’ Sugarloaf, and Sunday River Resort are already customers of PAR Springer-Miller and use the integrated SMS|Host Hospitality Management Systems. Shortly, Boyne’s Michigan resorts will install SMS|Host and the SMS|Multi-Property Management module to effectively manage the Boyne Mountain, Boyne Highlands, Cottages at Crooked Tree and Lakeside Cottages in the Bay Harbor area properties. This will be followed shortly by Big Sky Resort in 2012.
Reservations booked online with SMS|World XA flow seamlessly in real-time to the SMS|Host System. Boyne Resorts’ Maine, Michigan and Montana resorts will benefit from all of the advantages of a fully integrated online booking engine including automatic updating of rates and availability as changes are made in the SMS|Host system as well as robust packaging capability. Employing the transaction-fee-less SMS|World XA also enables these Boyne Resorts properties to maximize their bottom line revenue with their direct online reservations channel.
