Boston Market Employs Tech Solution to Select Employees for Growth

Boston Market has announced a software licensing agreement with PeopleAnswers to help identify and select all field employees in its 476 locations across the United States.

PeopleAnswers will help Boston Market select employees who will support company growth.

 

Boston Market will use the PeopleAnswers assessment test to prescreen, select and hire for all hourly and management roles. To help Boston Market meet its objectives, PeopleAnswers completed the implementation for all of its restaurants in a short timeframe. Managers will also use PeopleAnswers as a guide for candidate interview questions as well as employee development and succession planning.
