Archers BBQ Adds Online Ordering, Delivery

Archers BBQ multi-unit chain is using Waitbusters’ Digital Diner software online ordering platform, including its Delivery As A Service (DaaS) feature.

Archers BBQ was founded in 2010 by Memphis native, Archer Bagley and has expanded to four locations throughout Knoxville, Tenn., Archers BBQ wanted to offer a solid online ordering and delivery platform. Discovering Waitbusters Digital Diner provided Archers with not just a solution but also a way to retain customers and increase revenue. Waitbusters work in conjunction with third-party delivery apps. Through Digital Diner’s Daas feature, Archers BBQ does not have to manage drivers and maintains control of their customer data, empowering them with the ability to market and create customer satisfaction and loyalty.
