Allotz Teams with Hotels4U

Allotz.com and Thomas Cook owned Hotels4U, the U.K. hotel portal have agreed to connect their services. The new connection will provide hotels using the Allotz hotel channel management system with a seamless XML distribution connection to Hotels4U.

 

The President of Allotz.com, Mr Martin McConnachie, said today “This important connection with Hotels4U opens up an important new distribution channel for hotels using Allotz ’s intelligent channel management system” he said.

 

Part of the Thomas Cook Group, Hotels4u.com features over 120,000 properties worldwide and is fast becoming market leader in the UK wholesale trade travel market.

Hotels4U distributes hotels internally to the European Thomas Cook websites, 1200 Thomas Cook shops in the UK, and directly to customers through Hotels4u.com.  In addition, hotels are distributed to over 200 major online and retail travel trade partners and 8000 travel agents through the Medhotels brand.

 

Combined in 2009, the Hotels4U and Medhotels brands have grown steadily to over £627m turnover in just over 10 years.
