Agilysys Solutions Selected by The Summit Hotel, Cincinnati to Optimize Efficiency and Enhance the Guest Experience

Agilysys, Inc., a global provider of next-generation hospitality software solutions and services, announced that The Summit Hotel in Cincinnati will implement Agilysys’ award-winning solutions InfoGenesis® POS and rGuest® Pay for point of sale and payment processing. Scheduled to open in spring 2018, the new property will rely on Agilysys’ solutions to help ensure the security of guest payment information while delivering an outstanding guest experiences from day one.

The Summit Hotel’s management team wanted point-of-sale technology that would not only deliver comprehensive functionality, but also help them optimize operations for the scalability required to support operations while any sized event is happening in the hotel conference center. Additionally, they required a payment gateway solution that would secure guests’ financial data and reduce the risks associated with credit card acceptance. Following an extensive evaluation of available solutions, the property selected InfoGenesis POS and rGuest Pay to meet their technology needs.

Located just north of the Ohio River, The Summit has easy access to downtown Cincinnati, the Duke Energy Convention Center, and the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport. With extraordinary architecture and design throughout the property, the hotel will be an inspirational and unique addition to the city. With 239 modern and stylish rooms and a variety of luxury amenities including a state-of-the-art fitness center, yoga studio, a modern library and free WiFi across the property, guests will find a unique and comfortable experience at the Summit.
