Three New Members Join HTNG's Board of Governors
Hotel Technology Next Generation (HTNG) announces three additions to its Board of Governors: Gustaf Burman, Kristie Goshow and Jai Govindani.
Gustaf Burman is the senior vice president, information technology for Montage Hotels & Resorts. In this role, Burman is responsible for developing and executing the technology strategy for the brand. Prior to joining Montage in 2016, Burman was chief technology officer at Morgans Hotel Group where he was responsible for all technology, loyalty, customer relations management and call center operations and strategy. He also led the implementation of global cloud strategy for finance and human capital management systems, developing guest- and associate-facing technology standards and developing a new loyalty program.
Kristie Goshow is the senior vice president, commercial for Viceroy Hotel Group. With more than 18 years of experience in sales and marketing, Goshow is a thought leader in her field. Goshow's role at Viceroy Hotel Group was created expressly for her and allows her to display an impressive range of experience that includes intimate knowledge of the airline, hotel representation, agency and travel technology fields.
Jai Govindani is the chief technology officer at Red Planet Hotels. Govindani oversees the entire technology stack both internal and guest-facing. Govindani was responsible for architecting and implementing the end-to-end guest experience as part of Red Planet’s rebranding in 2015 and continues to drive innovation in that area.
