Tesco Selects RedPrairie's Workforce Management Solution for Global Staff Optimization

Tesco, one of the world's leading international retailers, will implement RedPrairie's Workforce Management application at its retail stores with more than 350,000 employees. The RedPrairie solution will enable Tesco to deliver greater customer service by aligning customer traffic with employee scheduling.

Its workforce management solution includes: time and attendance, business forecasting, workforce demand planning, automated optimized scheduling, staff self-service, dashboards with configurable alerts, and computer based training. All of the features are displayed in an intuitive, user friendly interface.

RedPrairie also provides supply chain execution systems and counts many of the worlds leading retailers, including Tesco, as customers. Supply chain solutions include warehouse management, workforce management, duty management, transportation management, and fleet management.
