Swiss 5-Star Luxury Hotel Improves Guest Engagement


MCOMS, a guest-facing solution provider for the hospitality industry, and Swisscom, a Swiss telecom provider, have joined forces to provide the five-star luxury hotel Fairmont Le Montreux Palace with advanced guest engagement via in-room televisions. Fairmont Le Montreux Palace is situated on the shores of Lake Geneva in Switzerland, overlooking the Alps. In addition to being one of the most prestigious hotels in Switzerland, Fairmont Le Montreux Palace is the largest hotel in the Swiss Riviera, offering a traditional and elegant atmosphere in all its 236 rooms and suites in true Swiss style.

MCOMS and Swisscom completed the installation guaranteeing a smooth and hassle-free transition from the previous system while at 100% occupancy. Among the many features the guests can enjoy at the luxurious Hotel, is an extended catalog of more than 150 channels, as well as a rich Video on Demand service with all the latest movies. In addition guests can benefit from all the hotel services available including view bill, reservations to the hotel facilities, weather information, promos and welcome messages.
