Single Digits Announces Acquisition of Sunray

Single Digits, Inc. announced today that it has completed the acquisition of hospitality network design and management company Sunray. As part of the acquisition, Single Digits will onboard all Sunray customers and welcome senior leadership, sales and support staff into the its global organization. The addition of Sunray into the Single Digits family will also mean a new West Coast office in Carlsbad, California.

The addition of Sunray’s core networking and software capabilities reinforces Single Digits’ ongoing commitment as a provider of intelligent managed networks, High-Speed Internet Access, and next generation Wi-Fi solutions.

Single Digits’ acquisition of Sunray will bring enhanced and simplified network onboarding and management to Sunray’s customers across their managed intelligent networks, while also offering deeper, automated and proactive insights into property networks with premier support services.
