The Rainmaker Group Acquires Grasp LLC

The Rainmaker Group has announced the acquisition of Grasp LLC, a software company based in Atlanta. The acquisition, which was completed November 30, 2012, reflects Rainmaker’s continued commitment and focus on providing industry-leading solutions to help its clients grow.

 

Grasp's technology will enable Rainmaker to provide more comprehensive, flexible analytics and data visualization.  As a result, Rainmaker clients will gain superior insights about their assets and markets.
