Popular Bay Area Pizzeria Joins Restaurant Ordering Network
Amici's East Coast Pizzeria has joined the GetQuik network. GetQuik is a provider of restaurant order automation technology and services to over 500 restaurants and thousands of corporate catering and individual customers. The company's GetQuik technology platform makes it easy for individuals and companies to place online restaurant orders. Restaurants selected to participate in the GetQuik network receive hosted online order entry services from their web site, increased customer traffic, decreased labor expenses associated with money handling, and improved customer satisfaction by allowing customers to skip lines at the cash register.
"We met with GetQuik in August 2009 to discuss Amici's participation in the GetQuik network," says Richard Allum, director of marketing from Amici's East Coast Pizzeria. "When considering GetQuik, we were interested in reaching new customers, rather than simply receiving orders from our loyal Amici's customers. With that in mind, we set up a pilot program with GetQuik by listing our Cupertino branch. As promised, we began seeing new customers through the GetQuik network. After this successful pilot, we are looking forward to further expanding our presence in the GetQuik network."
Amici's now has 6 branches listing in the GetQuik network: San Jose, Mountain View, Dublin, Cupertino, and two San Francisco locations.
