PB Boulangerie Bistro Adopts Cash Automation Solution

PB Boulangerie Bistro selected Glory’s CASHINFINITY CI-10 system, whihc makes cash an electronic payment.

The South Wellfleet, Mass.-based French bakery and restaurant chose the Glory cash automation solution to eliminate cash handling and processing by staff at the check-out. Cash paying customers easily insert bills and coins as well as receive change from the interactive Glory CI-10. This allows customers to receive a consistent experience and frees staff to focus entirely on the customer. The Glory cash automation solution also increases customer service levels and the productivity of PB’s staff.

Phillippe Rispoli, owner of PB Boulangerie Bistro, said the system is not just about saving money on operations, but also allowing his staff to spend time interacting with their guests. “We work for our customers,” said Rispoli. “This allows us to improve our service.”

For the community-based bakery, this also ends the constant taking latex gloves on and off between handling food and working the cash register. This results in saving thousands of dollars per year on gloves.
